My approach

​​My approach is psychodynamic and my work focuses on the achievement of a greater self-awareness and capacity for self-reflection. Through a process of exploration that examines past, present, and future, we will work together in order to better understand our emotional and relational life.

I'm an Italian psychologist, trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy for children and families. I currently live in Hamburg, Germany, and work in person and online with the expat community.

I gained my education in Turin, where I completed a master degree in Developmental Psychology and a 4-year post-graduate program in Child Psychotherapy. I lived three years in New York City, where I was able to get a limited permit as a Mental Health Counselor.

My approach is based on creating a trusting and collaborative environment in which you can feel free to express yourself, to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to receive empathetic and active listening. The aim is to offer the help you need to live a more conscious and authentic life.
